经常有客户问到我们环保空调（冷风机）的是怎样安装的。环保空调可安装在墙壁上，屋顶上或室外的地面上，安装的位置一般最少不能低于2.3米。采用支架与墙或窗板螺栓连接，且所有的缝隙均用玻璃胶或水泥砂浆密封。安装风管时要在安装的底架上安装吊杆，使风管重量全部吊装在底架上。

技术要求：

1、三角支架焊接和安装要牢固;

2、检修平台必须能支撑机组和维修人员的重量;

3、主机安装必须水平；

4、主机法兰与送风弯管的截面必须平齐；

5、所有外墙风管都要做好防水处理；

6、主机接线盒必须靠室内安装，便于维修；

7、风管弯头近墙处要做防水处理，以防止水流入室内。
